It is backed with high quality low carbon steel, with aluminum-tin alloy AlSn20Cu sintered on the surface. To effectively decrease abrasion, its alloy surface can be machined with oil grooves for easier oil storage. When necessary, an erosion protection coating can be plated on the steel back. In common use, DYB 304 is used to make wrapped bushes, thrust washer and bushes on connecting rod level of gas engine, etc.
